"The Public Library Vitina is an Historical Library, which was founded in 1808, with first founder monk in Livorno, Italy'nthimo Paparrigopoulos. It has a very rich and valuable collection of great historical interest. Has approximately 20,000 thousand volumes .Ex these rare versions 1800 and earlier and manuscripts. Besides its historical value, Vitina Library has a rich collection of modern spurring the interest of local residents and the many visitors throughout the year. It has rare photographs, and make book publishing, in order to highlight local history and culture. Features Public Information Center serves children and adults with free internet access. Organizes throughout the year many cultural events offering education and culture in the region. A lending and open to the public from Tuesday to Saturday." - from the Greek Libraries Network
